The principal engineer is Adam Gillett. For over 15 years Adam has provided his clients with expert advice and superior designs that are economical and practical.
Cam completed his degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Wollongong in 2020 and graduated with First Class Honours.
Kaartik, completed his Bachelors of Engineering degree at Western Sydney University and has engineering experience over 6 years and also experience in construction management.
Bhpyndhar graduated with First Class Honours for his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Monash University, at the end of 2020.
Jihad has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural) from the University of Sydney. He has been working as a Structural Engineer for over ten years.
Aassam Khamisi (Sam) graduated with a bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1998 from Al-Mustansiriya University In Baghdad and then worked for 5 years as a Structural Engineer in Baghdad.
Mark completed his degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Wollongong in 2019. Mark worked with us an an intern and stayed on a full-time structural engineer when he completed his studies.
Nathan has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Western Sydney and has worked with Gilcon since 2018.
Our drafting is predominantly outsourced to expert draftsmen, while we do have an expanding in house capacity enabling us to keep our overheads down whilst maintaining rapid delivery times. We are told by our clients that our plans are very easy to read.
At Gilcon we have a “can do” attitude. Our solutions are always the best value for money. Our turnaround times for design and documentation are very fast, usually within one to two weeks. During construction, we will always be available to take enquiries and give the necessary advice when it is required.

We have offices in both Campbelltown (Leumeah) and the Sydney CBD which gives us a good ability to service all of Metropolitan Sydney plus The Southern Highlands, Goulburn, Wollongong and The Blue Mountains.
We can do plans for jobs that are outside of our area, however other engineers will need to be engaged for inspections if they are required, which should be achievable. Note that inspections by the engineer during the project are often not required, but this depends on the Principal Certifying Authority of the project, which can be council or a private certifier.
