The principal engineer is Adam Gillett. For over 12 years Adam has provided his clients with expert advice and superior designs that are economical and practical. Adam has a full spectrum of experience from some of Australia's tallest buildings and large-scale shopping centres to small scale residential developments, single dwellings and alterations and additions to houses. Adam takes pride in his ability to be attentive to his clients needs and give them the answers they require quickly.

Cam completed his degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Wollongong in 2020 and graduated with First Class Honours.
Kaartik, completed his Bachelors of Engineering degree at Western Sydney University and has engineering experience over 6 years and also experience in construction management.
Bhpyndhar graduated with First Class Honours for his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Monash University, at the end of 2020.
Jihad has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural) from the University of Sydney. He has been working as a Structural Engineer for over ten years.
Aassam Khamisi (Sam) graduated with a bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1998 from Al-Mustansiriya University In Baghdad and then worked for 5 years as a Structural Engineer in Baghdad.
Mark completed his degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Wollongong in 2019. Mark worked with us an an intern and stayed on a full-time structural engineer when he completed his studies.
Nathan has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Western Sydney and has worked with Gilcon since 2018.
Our drafting is predominantly outsourced to expert draftsmen, while we do have an expanding in house capacity enabling us to keep our overheads down whilst maintaining rapid delivery times. We are told by our clients that our plans are very easy to read.
